Delete your account
App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) requires a clear path to account deletion. Bonnie's & Clyde's supports full account deletion from inside the app and by request.
In the iOS app
- Open Settings (More tab).
- Choose Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog. Deletion is permanent for profile, matches, messages, and vouchers tied to your account.
By email
Email privacy@bonniesclydes.app from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify ownership and process the request.
What we delete
- Profile, photos, prompts, and preferences
- Matches, chat history, and itinerary drafts
- Active vouchers associated with your user id
What we may retain briefly
Records required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or unresolved venue claim disputes may be retained for a limited period, then removed. Draft retention windows will be finalized with counsel (see Privacy Policy).
