Terms of Service

Effective July 13, 2026 (version 2026-07-13-draft). Placeholder text pending review by legal counsel. This is not yet a final, binding agreement.

1. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Bonnie's & Clyde's. By registering you represent that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

No harassment, threats, hate speech, solicitation, spam, scams, impersonation, or sharing of another person's private information. No sexually explicit content involving minors — ever. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Safety, blocking & reporting

You can block, unmatch, and report other users in the app. Meeting people from the internet carries risk: meet in public, tell a friend your plans, and never send money to someone you have not met.

5. Deals, claim codes & venues

Date deals are offered by independent venues, not by Bonnie's & Clyde's. Claim codes are subject to each venue's terms, availability, and expiry. We are not responsible for a venue's goods, services, or conduct.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Paid memberships and venue placements are billed through our payment processor when available. This marketing preview does not accept payments. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the app.

7. Content & license

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Bonnie's & Clyde's is not liable for interactions between users or for third-party venues.

10. Dispute resolution

Governing law and dispute procedures will be finalized with counsel before public launch.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will require you to re-accept.
