Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data (email, phone if provided); profile data you choose to add (name, age, gender, orientation, interests, bio, prompts, photos, and other optional details); your city/market and approximate location for matching; messages you send; and usage and device data needed to run the service.

2. Sensitive information

Some details you may choose to share — such as sexual orientation or religion — are treated as sensitive. You choose whether to provide them, and you can remove them.

3. How we use your information

To create matches, surface local date deals, operate chat, process payments, keep the community safe, and improve the service.

4. Location data

We use the city/market you select (Canton, Akron, Cleveland) to show nearby people and venues. Precise GPS is only used when you explicitly enable it for map features.

5. How we share

With venues only in aggregate/non-identifying form for deal redemption; with service providers under contract; and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies & tracking

This marketing preview uses no analytics trackers. The app uses what is necessary to keep you signed in. If advertising trackers are added, we will update this policy and provide consent controls.

7. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, matches, and messages are removed per our retention schedule.

8. Your rights

You can access and update your profile in the app, and delete your account (right to erasure). Depending on your state, you may have additional rights. Contact: privacy@bonniesclydes.app.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.

10. Children

The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will require you to re-accept.
